Since 2012, Oxford Commercial Finance has been financing small business owners nationwide who need capital for their franchise investment, business acquisition and expansion needs. We make the loan process faster and easier and are proud of our high success rate of funding our borrower clients.    We have a diversified array of loan programs and solutions working with several of the most aggressive banks and lenders who are pro-franchise.  Tim has provided financing for Franchisee Financing for over 2000 stores, Franchisor financing, and financing for Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Development.  He has helped acquire over 30 parcels of land and assisted in developing over $1,500,000 sf of Retail, Industrial, and Commercial properties, and over 2000 single family homes. Interests have included working with youth, economic development, chamber of commerce, faith base organizations, and financial education and business development in third world countries.
